Which Autel drone is best for thermal inspection or public safety?
For public safety and search and rescue, the Autel EVO Max 4T XE is our top pick (wide, zoom and thermal cameras plus a laser rangefinder). For thermal inspection on a budget, the EVO II Dual 640T V3 bundles are very popular. The EVO Lite 640T Enterprise is the lightest thermal option. Call us and we will help you choose.
Which SwellPro drone is best for fishing?
The SwellPro SD4 Plus is our favorite all-rounder for fishing, with a 48MP camera and long casting range. The FD1 Plus is a tough, simple fishing drone without a camera. The FD2 and FD3 Advanced carry heavier bait loads. Tell us where you fish (surf, pier or boat) and we will recommend the right one.
How do I buy from Dronomo?
Tap “Save to My List” on any product, then send your list with your name, email and phone. A Dronomo expert contacts you to confirm the price, availability and pickup or delivery. Nothing is charged online.
How do I pay?
No payment is taken on the website. After you send your list, our team contacts you to confirm the final price and arrange payment in store or by a method we agree on together.
Do you ship outside Houston?
Yes, we work with customers across the USA. Send us your list with your address and we will contact you with delivery options and timing.
Can I pick up in store?
Yes. Our store is at 9769 1/2 Long Point Rd, Houston, TX 77055, near Memorial City Mall. Open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Do you repair Autel and SwellPro drones?
Yes. We repair Autel EVO drones, SwellPro waterproof drones, DJI drones and more. Waterproof drones are a flat $375 + parts and enterprise drones a flat $350 + parts, after a $50 diagnostic that is applied to your repair. See our Drone Repair page for all rates.
How much does a drone diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic fee is $50, paid upfront. If you go ahead with the repair, the $50 is applied to your repair cost.
Do you repair drones that are out of warranty?
Yes. We accept drones whose manufacturer warranty has expired, and we give you a clear estimate before starting any work.
What warranty do your products have?
New devices carry the manufacturer warranty. Used devices we sell include a 7-day warranty.
What types of smartphones do you repair?
We repair smartphones from all major brands, including Apple, Samsung, Motorola, Huawei, Nokia, HTC and more.
What should I do if my device got wet?
Keep it powered off and bring it in the same day or the next day for the best chance of repair. If you cannot come in right away, let it dry first.
How long do water damage repairs take?
Usually 24 to 72 hours, depending on the damage. Logic board and component damage can take longer.
Can I get a deal on multiple products or repairs?
